What is financial astrology?

Financial astrology is a field that attempts to establish connections between planetary movements and developments in financial markets, such as stocks, commodities, and currencies. The underlying idea is that cycles in the cosmos —such as planetary orbits— are linked to cycles in economic and human behavior. It is important to understand that Financial Astrology is a combination of three elements: astrology, time cycles, and market analysis.
Astrology looks at the positions of the planets at specific moments. These positions are used to calculate potential turning points in the market, for example, when a price might rise or fall.
Markets do not move randomly but often follow patterns. These patterns are partly linked to natural rhythms, such as seasons or biological rhythms. Financial astrology attempts to make these patterns visible using calculations and charts.
Some methods combine astrology with mathematics and numerology. For instance, time intervals are calculated based on planetary movements, which are then compared with historical price data. By combining these two, attempts are made to make predictions about future trends or important dates.

This is the full-english version of the original dutch computer program Newcomb, intended for birth astrology, numerology and - more important - Financial Astrology.
All screens, all menus, all messages, all reports and overviews have been translated and are now in english language.
Planetary longitudes, lattitudes, distances, etc. are calculated with high-precision to about 0,005". No internet connection needed, all calculations are done inside the program (my own development).

Principles for this very last version of the program.
The setup of Version 7 is a version with continuous free updates in a special place on my website.
You purchase Version 7 as a one-time purchase as a Full-Install version.
Version 7 contains EVERYTHING that is also contained in Version-5 and Version-6, but Version-7 contains an incredible number of tools for Financial Astrology, including a great many calculation tools to predict the peaks and troughs of stock prices, as well as the dates on which this occurs. The underlying theory is that of W.D. Gann, who became a millionaire in the middle of the last century. Gann made use of astrology, numerology, and geometric lines.
After very intensive study, I have managed to incorporate most of the basic principles into the program, and this process is still ongoing. Progress will be reported regularly in my (free) Astrological Newsletter via extensive articles that will also serve as a manual for that software.

Newcomb Version-7 has many additions for Financial Astrology

All of the techniques contained, are proven methods that were once developed by William Delbert Gann in the 1920s to 1950s of the last century, but Gann was very cryptic and revealed nothing about his applied methods, fearing that others would run away with them at the expense of his own earnings. Ultimately, Gann became a multimillionaire purely through stock market investments and commodity trading, with extensive astrological foreknowledge acquired during his 30-year study of numerology, mathematics, geometry, and the laws of cycles.
In the 70 years since his death, numerous documents have surfaced, as well as course material from students who paid exorbitant fees to take courses from him. By piecing all these fragments together, a vast amount of knowledge has now been unlocked, which, however, can only be obtained by conducting extensive research YOURSELF, using the provided tools and theories. Many of these books are usually for sale for very high prices, and then one still has to conduct research. I have managed to gather quite a bit of literature myself; the research is now in full swing, I am beginning to understand various matters increasingly better, and I am able to convert a lot of theory into a computer program that can take all this laborious calculation and research work off your hands.

For Mundane Astrology, as well as for Financial Astrology, one can create Ephemeris planets using the program. Subsequently, one can display all mutual aspects between the slower planets Mars through Pluto and the Lunar Node via the chart menu. In that menu, you first specify for which planet pairs you want to display the mutual aspects.

The transiting mutual aspect between Saturn and Uranus in 2026. The colored parts of the curve show exactly which planet is retrograde or direct. The well-known timescale at the bottom of the graph has now been adjusted with an actual date, for a more accurate determination of the dates on which the aspects are transiting. On the Y-axis the angular separation between the selected planets are shown.

In natal astrology, you specify the progressions for a series of years. Here, a progressed aspect Mercury conjunction Saturn is shown, at the end of 2025. The full chart displays the calculated progressed positions for these planets. Roughly speaking, the conjunction takes place at the end of 2025. By zooming in, you can extract the exact date from the chart. You can also display the positions for each of the calculated progressed longitudes.

Financial Astrology:

The magic square, the Square Of Nine, shows important turning points in prices, based on a specific value at a Top or in a Low. This application displays each of those turning points, based on the input of a High or a Low. Price values ​​up to a range of 20,000 (points, cents) can be specified.

A powerfull applicationd that shows a Square Of Nine, with adjustable number of rows and columns, an adjustable starting value and an adjustable increase or decrease of the values. In addition, dates can be calculated in the Square Of Nine, using a start date and increase/decrease.

The row width and column height of the square are adjustable. A stock price chart can easily be pasted, allowing the Square of Nine and its turning points to be compared with the actual prices. The pasted chart can be enlarged or reduced, as well as shifted. The many applications will be discussed in detail in future newsletter articles.

A very powerful application is the Harmonics Calculator for finding harmonic oscillations between an initial rate and the rates that follow. The time increment can be set between 1 minute and 1 year, and the program then creates a list of all ratios and harmonic values. An integer for the harmonic needs to be found. By varying the increment, this integer can be found.

The enormous power behind this module is a super-accurate Ephemeris that shows all planetary longitudes up to Pluto. For the Moon and Mercury Latitude is shown in addition. Even if the time increase per minute is specified, you receive the Ephemeris with the new time per minute. This is an unprecedented tool, the value of which is not yet understood by anyone. A very extensive article about this will appear in my Newsletter in the near future. Even if you were not to use this component for financial astrology, but for any other accurate planetary research, this is a great tool. Using the button, you can copy the entire matrix to the Clipboard, and from there you can paste it into Excel for further editing.

MASTER TIME CALCULATOR
This tool has EVERYTHING on board for time calculations for the analysis of stock prices, commodities and money exchange rates for any market. An extensive manual would certainly need a 30 pages description.

MASTER 360 DEGREE SQUARE
Based on a specific minimum or maximum price value at a given moment, one can determine all possible support or resistance levels with this powerful 360-degree Square.

To identify the main support and resistance points, W.D. Gann used his famous Master 360 Degree Chart, which contains 24 rows and 12 columns, totaling 288 squares. The 12 columns correspond to the 12 months of the year, and the 24 rows to the hours of the day.

MASTER NAME PERMANENT SQUARE
This is a powerful tool that W.D. Gann used for long-term forecasts for companies, stocks, countries or people. This beautiful tool appears in several of Gann's writings. First enter a name, here United States Steel, and the first year AFTER the fund was founded (1901), so 1902. The program removes all spaces from the name and also converts them to capital letters. That leaves us with: UNITEDSTATESSTEEL with a length of 17 letters.

All important years for United States Steel are in the chart, like 2000, 2016, 2020, 2022 and 2024, but also the best years, like 1930 and 2008.
Red lines show main 90, 180, 270 deg. angles, also 45, 135, 225 and 315 deg. Green diagonals show support or resistance.

WHY THE PROGRAM NEWCOMB?

All routines are inside the computer program, so it will always work, even when there is no internet.

The program Newcomb is unique in its own way, it was programmed all by myzelf from 2000 on and it served so many people already in the Dutch speaking community. Now for the very first time, it is available in the English language.

The BIG BENEFIT is that ALL future updates will remain FREE, and these updates will be posted at a dedicated location on my website. The updates will only be available for download by official purchasers of Version 7.

All documentation is available within the program, but is also distributed through the monthly Astrological Newsletters in the format of an article with extensive explanations.

Future updates will likely be available every two or three months during 2026 and 2027. These updates will be of a various nature, so they are not exclusively intended for financial astrology. From 2028 onwards, the updates will probably occur once every four months.

The installation ZIP file will be placed on a dedicated location on my website, the access to that location will be given by mail, after payment has been received on the bank account. The link will be active for 3 days, hereafter the link will be deleted for safety reasons.

No special system requirements are applicable. The installation will run on 32 bit and 64 bit computers, Win-7, Win-10, Win-11 are supported. The program doesn't run on Apple systems, unless a working version of a WIN-emulation is running correcly.

Around 220 MBs are needed for the program to run, 40 pct. of the MBs are taken by Help-PDF files, since the program contains everything that is included in the earlier versions -6, -5, -4, -3, and -2. All of the documentation pertains to these earlier versions as well.
